Whether it’s a well-used katana from years of practice, a cherished tool in need of attention, or a pair of sai that’s earned some wear, the Katana Spa offers custom wrap work, edge restoration, and subtle refinishing — always with the goal of preserving character while returning function.
What I Work On:
Katana tsuka (handle) wraps – with or without samegawa replacement
Sai, tanto, and bokken wraps with leather or paracord
Edge re-profiling or refreshing for shinken (sharp swords for cutting practice)
Tool and blade cleaning or preservation
Just about any melee weapon or practical edge that needs a reset
