A rugged heirloom — made to be used, admired, and passed down.
This is a semi-custom build based on a fixed blade profile. You choose the blade steel, handle material, and fitting details to make it your own. In the configuration shown — forged from a new leaf spring, with locally sourced antler and century-old wrought iron fittings — this knife would range between $800–900 CAD.
The example pictured was shaped by hand and at the trip hammer, with a full through-tang construction, a cold-peened butt cap, and a custom-fit, hand-stitched leather sheath. It’s built to hold together — and hold up — whether it ends up in the field or in a display case.
Each River Hills Bowie is made to order, one at a time, with a turnaround of 3–4 weeks.
